Please aim to arrive at least five minutes before your allocated time slot. If you are late then we will do our best to accommodate you onto the next nearest time slot.

Your ticket will be automatically emailed to you upon purchasing therefore; you will be able to re-print your ticket.

You will be able to show your pre purchased ticket on your mobile device where we can then scan it.

Yes tickets will be available on the day however we are unable to guarantee you chosen an allocated time slot therefore we are advising that all visitors purchase their tickets in advance on the website.

The money raised from Snowdogs: Tails in Wales will help the charity to continue providing care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families throughout Wales. Find out more about the charity`s work by visiting out website

Yes our Snowdogs merchandise stall will be available along with our Christmas products from our new handcrafted by Tŷ Hafan.

After communities and tourists have enjoyed in participating in the Snowdogs Tail in Wales and everybody`s creativity, dedication and support has paid off- the large Snowdogs will be auctioned to raise much – needed money for Tŷ Hafan’s children hospice charity. The community Snowdogs and little pups will be returned to their communities and schools respectively as a lasting legacy.

The Snowdogs: Tails in Wales Farewell event will attract an estimation of 10,000 visitors.

Yes each Snowdog and Snowpups will have their individual codes attached to them for you to unlock.

For City Centre Parking please car share where possible or use public transport as the roads will be busy due to the Christmas Season:

Yes, under 2`s are free of charge and do not need to print a ticket to enter into the exhibition.
